Delicious Swiss cuisine
The menu contains the classic dishes: cheese fondue, Käseschnitte (cheese toast) and rösti. The rösti in Restaurant Riffelhaus is the favourite dish of many of our regular guests. The ingredients are simple: potatoes, salt, pepper and, if desired, onions, with the deluxe version having some bacon too – and that’s it. However, preparing rösti at 2,500 metres above sea level is actually an art.

Monday to Sunday: 11.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Dinner for hotel guests: 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Breakfast for hotel guests: 6.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
Lunch: 11.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Winter opening times:
Dinner for hotel guests: 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Breakfast for hotel guests: 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Lunch: 11.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (warm meals until 2.30 p.m.)
